The legs were taken off the chaise and the men spent an hour putting them back on. Luckly we had an extra piece left inside of the backing and when they called we were able to explain how to fix them and they could have left but they very patiently stayed and fixed all the legs.

UShip saved me over $1000.00!! Bill shipped my diningroom table, hutch & chairs for 1/3 of the cost of everyone else. It arrived ahead of schedule and in perfect condition. There was only one glitch - the truck Bill came with at first was too small but he came the very next day with a bigger truck. Bill was great to work with and we expect to have more business for him in the future!

This transporter gave me a good deal to transport a queen size bed to Wisconsin. He pleasantly communicated and he was very supportive. Unfortunately, he did not transport the bed because i had already accepted a bid from another bidder from Uship and thus i cannot rate him on that. Nevertheless, was very understanding after learning i was already commited with a fellow Uship transporter.

The bid for this shipment was some seventy-odd dollars over what the shipper was actually charging, because Uship had to have a deposit "which would be returned because you are a first-time shipper." A week later, it is still not back in my account, and we very badly need it. What give, Uship? call me, or email me, but let me know why you are not making good on your promise!

We were desperate when we discovered there was not enough room to load the balance of our household goods in the second of two moving trucks we rented for that purpose.
