uShip along with e-bay doesn't make it easy to contact. No contact info unless you work at finding it yourself, and still haven't found it. No phone numbers, e-mail address. Your designed to make money, and take no responsability if anything goes wrong, or answer questions. You don't want to bother in paying someone to meet the public needs.
