I bought a stacked washer/dryer that was 1300 miles away. The machine was in the back yard of the son of the guy I bought it from. Express Piano not only was able to locate the machine but they brought it to me in excellent condition right on time.

I was going to bid on an Ebay item, but the seller wouldn't ship. He agreed to take it to a Pack 'N Mail-type place, but after I won the item, he didn't want to.
